Thank you for celebrating the 50th anniversary season of the Wisconsin Chamber Orchestra. This is a milestone in the life of any arts organization and one we shall cherish all season long and for many years to come. After celebrating 25 years of Concerts on the Square in 2008, the opening of the Capitol Theater in 2005 and the opening of the Overture Center for the Arts in 2004, we indeed have much to be thankful for and I am extremely proud to be part of this Madison institution. As one of only three music directors in this orchestra's history, it is a testimony to the longevity and strength of what has been achieved for the past 50 years.
Please join me in celebrating our 51th season as we look forward to another 50 years of great music making!
